Two room city apartment (56m²) with balcony and fantastic view of Cologne Cathedral in the Gerling Quartier. The apartment consists of a living-room, bedroom, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, hall,  balcony and a bathroom including a shower. Direct entrance to the apartment is possible via an elevator. The modern premium furniture is designed by BoConcept architects.

Flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed WIFI are included. The apartment is fully equipped with blankets, dishes and so forth. A wooden parquet including floor heating makes you feel comfortable. There is a laundry room in the basement featuring a washing machine and a dryer which can be used free of charge.

Monthly all-inclusive rent is 1700€, minimum duration of two months.
